Privacy Policy

Last updated January 2026. This policy explains what Granddaddy collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect the business details you provide during setup (services, hours, pricing guidance, service area, and policies), account information for the people who administer your account, and records of conversations Granddaddy handles on your behalf, including call transcripts, text messages, and booking details.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the service: answering and routing customer conversations, booking appointments, sending follow-ups and review requests, processing approved payment requests, and reporting results back to you. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve response quality.

Customer communications

Granddaddy communicates with your customers on your behalf. Call recording and message retention follow the settings you choose and the disclosure requirements that apply in your state. You control what Granddaddy is permitted to say, quote, and schedule.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us deliver the product (such as telephony, messaging, scheduling, and payment processors), and when required by law.

Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Your customers can opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP, and Granddaddy honors those requests immediately.

Contact
