Last updated January 2026. These terms govern your use of Granddaddy.
By creating a Granddaddy account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Granddaddy provides AI-assisted communication, scheduling, marketing, and follow-up tools for local businesses. Features available to you depend on your plan and the channels you enable.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for the messages Granddaddy sends on your behalf, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including messaging consent, call recording disclosure, and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
You may not use Granddaddy to send unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresent your business, impersonate another person or company, or communicate in a way that violates applicable law or carrier policy.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges, where they apply, are billed in arrears. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable.
We work to keep Granddaddy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Granddaddy is a tool, not a guarantee of revenue, lead volume, or search ranking, and it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators before they take effect.
